How do I know which office supplies are right for my business?

Are your products environmentally friendly?
Many of our products are eco-friendly and marked with our "Green Choice" label. We're committed to expanding our environmentally sustainable options and reducing packaging waste. Look for the green leaf icon on product pages to identify our eco-friendly items.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on quantity. For large corporate orders, please contact our sales team at sales@buyblissinc.com for custom quotes and volume pricing.
Can I request samples before making a large purchase?
For select products, we do offer sample programs for business customers. Please reach out to our sales team with your specific requirements, and we'll be happy to discuss sample availability for your items of interest.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. For corporate accounts, we also offer NET-30 payment terms after credit approval. Please contact our accounting department for more information about setting up a business account.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Each order includes a tracking number once shipped. You'll also receive automated email updates as your order progresses from processing to shipping to delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our processing system and modifications may not be possible. Please contact customer service immediately at support@buyblissinc.com if you need to make changes to a recent order.
Do you offer purchase orders for businesses?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from approved business accounts. To establish a business account with purchase order capabilities, please complete our business application form and submit it to accounts@buyblissinc.com. Once approved, you'll be able to place orders using your company PO.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that processing time (1-2 business days) is separate from shipping time and begins after your order is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to select countries is available for larger orders. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about international shipping options and associated costs for your specific location.
Is free shipping available?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Oversized items, expedited shipping, and deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may incur additional shipping charges.
Can I arrange for delivery to multiple locations?
For corporate clients, we offer multi-location shipping services. Please contact our business sales team to set up a corporate account with multiple shipping addresses and distribution capabilities.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Custom orders, clearance items, and certain specialty products may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our full return policy for details on specific product categories.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please log into your account and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return authorization and shipping label. You can also contact customer service at support@buyblissinc.com for assistance with returns.
What if I receive damaged or defective items?
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damaged items and packaging to support@buyblissinc.com. We'll arrange for replacement items to be shipped immediately or process a refund, depending on your preference.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, we'll inspect them and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
